Someone is suing WalMart because they “own” the smiley face symbol and name.

From the article: “A prehistoric man probably invented the smiley face in some cave, but I certainly was the first to register it as a trademark,” said [a total fucking imbecile*], who said he initially registered the design.” —

If this ruling goes against WalMart I hereby claim the rights to the following images:

Santa Claus The American flag The no-smoking symbol The moon in it’s 1/3 Cresent State This © symbol The peace (or victory) hand gesture The devil horns hand gesture Other stuff too

Use any of the above likenesses and I’ll sue your ass!!!
