I just want to give a hearty hooray to Communication Arts for spotlighting Penelope Dullaghan in their latest illustration annual.

It’s one thing to be supremely talented, it’s another thing entirely to create a portal for illustrators (from all walks of life) to showcase their work - I’m speaking, of course, about Illustration Friday, one of many genius ideas Penelope spouts from her noodle.

I won’t reveal the story about this image, but its a good one. So go buy the magazine and you’ll get an idea of what makes Penelope such a tireless talent.
