Somewhere along this [...]

Devon Bowman joins Thumbtack Press! A spectacular and tactile illustrator. He, of course, is a really amazing artist but he what really blows me away is his composition and layout, and he’s not afraid to push scale as you can see by the image above. Welcome Devon!

The versatile and talented Jeremy Forson has been added to the Thumbtack Press tackboard! I challenge you to find something that doesn’t resonate with you in Jeremy’s work. We are hoping that he submits a lot more work!

Thumbtack Press welcomes Masayoshi Mizuho to the tackboard. Miz is from Kobe, Japan and brings with him a beautiful mix of Eastern tradition and composition but with modern-day elements. He also works in a Georges Seurat-esque pointilism style that cannot really be translated through a website, but is a wonder to view up close. [...]

You can now purchase prints of Oksana Badrak’s amazing work at Thumbtack Press! It’s no surprize that Oksana’s Great Flood series (that’s #5 above) has been in demand lately - Her work is both stunning and tranquil, I am absolutely blown away by her work. I know you’ll like it too!

The amazing Sarajo Frieden joins Thumbtack Press! She lives in LA but you’ve seen her work no matter where in the world you happen to live. She was also recently spot’lit’ on the coveted IllustrationMundo website if you can’t get enough of Sarajo, I know I can’t!

Thumbtack Press artist Bob Dob is part of an amazing two-man show (with Mark Bodnar) opening tonight at La Luz De Jesus in Hollywood. I got to see a sneak peak last night and all I can say is “damn, Bob’s good, and getting gooder!”
If you have the means I highly recommend that you buy [...]

Thumbtack Press is thrilled to welcome Greg Simkins. His work may look ‘computer’ slick, but nope, thanks for playing! This guy’s got the chops with the brush. His work is an incredible collage of Saturday morning cartoons on LSD, but with the technical skill of a true master. I love seeing his work on the [...]

Looking for an image on Flickr just got a bit more interactive. Retrievr allows you to freakin’ sketch what you are looking for, it also searches results as you sketch! Wha . . . ? How . . . ? Who . . . ?
